JoAnn's real estate story began in 1984 when she started in property management; an experience which continues to inform her advisement to investors and the administration of her own portfolio of tenant occupied investment properties. JoAnn became a licensed agent in 1986, and a licensed broker in 1990. Early on, she set out to provide a differentiated degree of value to her clients and was co-owner of an innovative company that provided comprehensive realty, title, and loan origination services under one roof. JoAnn's spirit of service extends beyond Action Plus into an active life of volunteering for various causes including Sheridan Story Ministry working to feed undernourished Minnesota children, membership in the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), and co-chair and fundraising duties for the annual Christmas event that supports brain injured veterans through the VA Hospital. JoAnn is proud that her grandson, Chase, will be joining the family business in 2019. Chase served his 4 years as a United States Marine and his military service brings leadership and decision-making skills. JoAnn is looking forward to Action Plus becoming a third- generation family business.
